Thanks to Mike Kelly for this batch of photos from the first Rocky Top Bluegrass Festival in the newly-renamed Rocky Top, TN. Mike says the festival went well, though a rough weather forecast kept the audience numbers down on Saturday. Luckily the storms stayed away until after the show was over.
