Balsam Range hosted their 9th annual Art of Music Festival December 4-6, held at the Lake Junaluska Conference Center in Lake Junaluska, amidst the mountains of western North Carolina.

They always bring top artists to town for this event, which also includes a special performance from the Balsams supported by an orchestral ensemble.

Guitarist Caleb Smith said that it was once again a perfect end to their season.

“As 2025 comes to a close, our Balsam Range Art of Music Festival was a tremendous highlight of our year. All of the artists delivered unforgettable performances, the Stuart Auditorium at Lake Junaluska was filled with vibrant energy, and we reached record-breaking attendance. The passion of the artists, the support of our sponsors and volunteers, and the enthusiasm of our audience came together to create an extraordinary event that truly embodies the spirit of the ‘Art of Music.'”

Plans are set for the 2026 festival, scheduled for December 3-5. Tickets and accommodation packages are already available online.
