Just ahead of their latest album, Yonder Mountain String Band has released another single and music video, Blind, from Good As True, due March 27 with Thirty Tigers.
These progressive bluegrass pioneers from Colorado are going strong, 27 years on, never losing their bluegrass core through all the touring success they have enjoyed. Good As True will be their 12th studio project together.
Blind was written by the full band, in their unique co-writing process, in which they collaborate on all aspects of composing and arranging their music. Listed as songwriters are guitarist Adam Aijala, banjo player Dave Johnston, bassist Ben Kaufmann, and mandolinist Nick Piccininni. Coleman Smith completes the group on fiddle.
To promote the single, they have tapped Dave Razor to put together this clever animated video with the Blind audio behind it.
