So Through With You from Lydia Hamby

Lydia Hamby has released her debut single with Gravy Records, an imprint of Sound Biscuit Productions. It shows the young bluegrass singer, songwriter, and mandolinist in fine form on a new song she wrote, So Through With You.

A recent graduate of the ETSU Bluegrass, Old-Time, and Roots Music program, Hamby spent two years touring with their honors Bluegrass Prize Band before launching a solo career.

So Through With You, as the title suggests, is a farewell to an unwelcome suitor, performed at a nice medium-tempo burn with a crack band of studio musicians. With Lydia on mandolin and lead vocal, support comes from Ben Watlington on guitar, Brady Wallen on banjo, Aynsley Porchak on fiddle, and Max Etling on bass. Colton Baker add harmony vocals.

Here’s a taste.

So Through With You is available now from popular download and streamings services online, and to radio programmers via AirPlay Direct and Get It Played.
